New In-Person Notarization Fee in Virginia Effective July 1st

We have an important update for our clients in Virginia. Starting July 1st, the fee for in-person notarizations will change to $10 per notarization. This adjustment is in line with the new law passed in Virginia, aimed at standardizing notary fees across the state.


New In-Person Notarization Fee: $10

As of July 1st, each in-person notarization will be charged at the new rate of $10. This change ensures a consistent and transparent fee structure for all notary services within Virginia.
